Solen Plugins is dedicated to the development and sale of entirely digital goods (software/plugins) created for use on Minecraft servers. We do not sell physical products.
Products are provided in digital format for immediate download, with no shipping costs or delivery times.
Disclaimer of Affiliation and Compliance
Solen Plugins is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All our products are developed independently, in strict compliance with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and all applicable laws.
By using our products, you agree to comply with the Minecraft EULA and all laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
Compatibility and Technical Requirements
Solen Plugins products are developed to work with most Minecraft versions. Each product description specifies compatible versions. You are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
Errors, limitations, or malfunctions may occur when using unsupported versions. Solen Plugins is not responsible for issues resulting from incompatibility.
We recommend contacting technical support before purchase if you have compatibility concerns.
License Grant and Intellectual Property Rights
When you purchase a plugin from our store, you are not buying ownership of the software, but rather a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable license to use it. Intellectual property rights remain with Solen Plugins at all times.
Under this license, it is strictly prohibited to:
- Claim the source code, functionality, or design as your own
- Decompile, modify, or reverse engineer the code for distribution
- Distribute, reproduce, or share the software without authorization
- Use the plugin for illegal or unethical activities
- Sell, transfer, or assign the license to third parties
Violation of these rules will result in immediate license revocation and permanent account suspension without notice, refund, or compensation. In cases of serious violation (piracy, unauthorized distribution), Solen Plugins reserves the right to take legal action, including civil and criminal liability.
Right to Refund and Return
5.1 — Legal Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable consumer protection laws (including Portuguese Law No. 24/96 and the Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to a 14-day period to withdraw from the purchase without providing justification.
To exercise this right, contact support at [email protected] within 14 days from the date of purchase.
5.2 — Limited Right to Withdrawal for Digital Goods
Applicable law permits an exception to the withdrawal right for digital goods already delivered. If you give prior explicit consent and understand that you will lose the right to withdraw after download/installation, and have been properly informed of this loss before purchase, you cannot later request a refund.
This consent must be explicit, and you must be clearly informed BEFORE making the purchase.
5.3 — Refund Procedure
If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw BEFORE downloading/installing the product, contact support immediately at [email protected].
Solen Plugins will analyze your request and, if confirmed that the product was not actually downloaded or installed, process a refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
5.4 — Loss of Withdrawal Right
After download, installation, activation, or actual use of the digital product, the purchase becomes final and irrevocable. You lose the right to withdraw from the moment the product is accessed.
This includes any use, even if partial or for testing. You are responsible for confirming compatibility and functionality BEFORE using the product.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We request that any complaint or dispute be resolved through our support service ([email protected]) BEFORE opening a dispute with your payment processor (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
If a dispute or chargeback is filed without prior contact with our support, this may result in license revocation and permanent account suspension.
We understand you have consumer rights, but we expect collaborative resolution before unilateral actions.
Product Features and Useful Life
All products are provided with the features and functionality described on the product page at the time of purchase. You must read the description carefully before buying.
Solen Plugins does not guarantee that additional features or updates will be provided free of charge. Any new functionality added in the future is considered a bonus and is not guaranteed by law.
Limited Warranties and Disclaimer
Products are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Solen Plugins does not warrant that products will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solen Plugins is not liable for:
- Damages from unauthorized modification
- Incompatibility with unsupported Minecraft versions
- Conflicts with third-party plugins
- Loss of user data
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Modifications to Terms
Solen Plugins reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Material changes require 30 days' prior notice and your explicit consent.
Non-material changes (corrections, clarifications) take effect immediately. If you do not agree with material changes, you have the right to stop using the service without penalties.
Data Protection
Solen Plugins respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.
Your personal data (name, email, IP address) is collected solely for transaction processing, product delivery, and technical support.
